Hey, foodies! If you’re a fan of goat dishes, you’ve got to check out Chef Apple’s Native Kitchen Kambingan. It’s a cozy little place tucked away, serving up some seriously delicious traditional Filipino kambingan favorites that feel like they were cooked right in the family kitchen. We tried their Papaitan, Kalderetang Kambing, and Adobong Kambing—and let me tell you, each one was a hit! The Papaitan had just the right bitterness, served piping hot with a bowl of rice. The Kaldereta was rich, hearty, and packed with tender meat. And the Adobo had a great balance of vinegar and soy, without being too salty. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the goat is cooked perfectly—no overly gamey taste, which is sometimes hard to avoid with goat. The ambiance is simple, more like a carinderia, but it’s clean and comfortable enough for a relaxed meal. The service was friendly and attentive, though things can be a bit slow when it gets busy—understandable, especially since it seems like they make everything fresh. Pricing is fair for the portions and quality. Overall, this is the kind of place that keeps you coming back—not because it’s fancy, but because the food is genuinely good and comforting. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic native kambingan done right.

The ambience of the place is great. Their interior designs are also chic. It feels more amazing to get there at night. Their kare kare is great, and I'm surprised with how they make their own halo-halo which is mixed with natural good fruits at a very affordable price of 85 pesos. Nothing felt so great or special with their sinabawang kanding though, I'm not that impressed, I prefer bulalo, hipon or baka more, maybe it's just a matter of preference or how they cook it. Their sisig was just okay. But everything's great so far, not that disappointed, though there is some room for improvements on some of their food options though. Still a must try for everyone especially the halo-halo, keep it up!

Good ambiance, delicious meals and fresh air. Love it! you can book a reservation for all celebration in their newest added building. You can enjoy a lot of feeling with your family, friends and workmates yummy halo halo

Food was good and reasonably priced. However, don't come here on the weekends since they take so long to serve the food. Our food took an hour to be served. The beef kare-kare was good but the dinakdakan was so bad. It was overly sweet with the mayonnaise and the egg wasn't cooked because the sizzling plate got cold. Their halo halo was good too. Not a fan of the papaya though. Edit: Ate there again and ordered the bulalo, shanghai, bicol express, etc. It was very delicious! But service still takes so long.

The food and prices were good, but there needs to be better communication between the bar, kitchen, and floor staff. Waiters should be fully informed about which dishes and drinks are available before approaching the table. I ordered drinks, but the waiter had to come back twice to tell us they weren’t available. This can be avoided with better coordination. Other than that, everything was fine.

Excellent food, a bit uncomfortable with the heat and humidity (it’s an open air restaurant), but the view is lovely and the wait staff were all very friendly and kind. The staff were delayed in bringing us refills on water. We had to ask several times over the course of half an hour. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We tried the Adobong Kambing (goat adobo), bagnet, and special halo-halo. All the foods mentioned tasted amazing and the amount is fair for the price. I've tried some famous halo-halo before but their halo-halo has the "fluffiest" ice I've ever tried. I thought it was frozen goat's milk, or some kind of milk. But maybe it's not because that would be too expensive, at that point. Anyway, I love their halo-halo. They also give free bulalo soup. Just the soup, but it's very good. My only issue with their food is that the goat adobo had tiny shards of bones that I think could have been removed if more time was put into cleaning the meat, but I know how much work that requires and that's additional cost on labor.

I liked the halo. It is perfect way to cool down during summer time and hot season. I liked the wooden chairs too!
